My name is Nilly! I am  a birth doula and the founder of Lily Rose Doula Services. I am dedicated to walking alongside expectant mothers with compassion, care, and unwavering support through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey. My approach is a holistic one, honoring your physical, emotional, and mental well-being at every stage of this sacred transition into motherhood.

As a mother of three amazing children, I know firsthand how important it is not only to care for our bodies, but to prioritize our mental and emotional health—before, during, and after pregnancy. I’ve been where you are, and I’m deeply honored to help you feel grounded, nurtured, and empowered through it all.

I believe that every mother deserves personalized care and loving guidance. My mission is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported, no matter what your birth plan looks like. Together, we’ll create a safe, nurturing space where you can tune into your strength, trust your intuition, and welcome your baby with grace and joy.
